MANILA, Philippines – Premier lifestyle destination Shangri-La Plaza recently announced its certification from the globally recognized ISO Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 and the Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004.
By passing the ISO, the Shangri-La Plaza has been certified as a company that complies and upholds the required standards for the quality management system.
This has firmly established the company’s adherence to the ISO quality standards, enhancing customer satisfaction in supplier-customer relationships.
The Environmental Management System certification, which gives the requirements for environmental management systems, confirms Shang’s commitment to operate in an environmentally sustainable manner.
